Radioplix is owned, operated, and administered by Intermedia Host, a fully virtual division of Intermedia Colombia Soluciones. The operation has no physical customer-service offices and receives communications electronically.

What we use
Radioplix uses cookies and browser storage. Cookies are small data files sent to your browser; localStorage and sessionStorage store information locally on your device.
The privacy center lets you accept, reject, or configure optional categories and change your choice later. We do not sell advertising profiles.
Essential cookies
The radioplix_session cookie maintains authentication, temporary messages, language, and security. The rp_consent cookie stores the privacy choice for one year without creating a unique profile.
These cookies cannot be disabled in the panel because they are required to provide the service and respect the visitor’s choice.
Preferences and personalization
With permission, rp_uid limits ratings per visitor and rp_listener maintains anonymous history. These random identifiers do not directly contain a name or email.
Personalization enables anonymous history, recommendations, listening measurement, and rankings. When rejected, Radioplix does not create anonymous history or use the IP for that purpose.
Local browser storage
rp_volume stores your selected volume. rp_station remembers the last station and data required to restore the player. Session storage entries rp_sid and rp_slug synchronize the active station and are removed when the browser session ends or the player stops, as applicable.
The site may also store the visual theme and temporary technical states. These technologies do not read personal files from your device.
Third parties and controls
Google OAuth and external resources such as fonts, maps, or music services may receive technical data and use their own technologies when you interact with them. Review their respective policies.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser and clear site storage. Blocking essential items may prevent login, preferences, ratings, or player continuity from working. Email privacy@radioplix.com with questions.
