Service operator
Radioplix is owned, operated, and administered by Intermedia Host, a fully virtual division of Intermedia Colombia Soluciones. The operation has no physical customer-service offices and receives communications electronically.

Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using Radioplix, you agree to these Terms. If you manage a station for a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Radioplix is a directory and technology platform for discovering and playing radio streams supplied by stations or external sources, displaying music metadata, and providing management tools. Radioplix does not create or control each station’s programming.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and API keys confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
We may require email, domain, file, social-media, or documentary verification. We may reject, suspend, or reverse a claim involving false information, an ownership dispute, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.
Stations, claims, and API
You may register, claim, or manage a station only with sufficient authority. Technical verification proves control over a resource at that time, but does not by itself resolve employment, corporate, trademark, or ownership disputes.
A valid claim may transfer a station and rotate its API key. Pending or rejected stations cannot use the on-air songs API or publish an active widget. You must not manipulate statistics, send false metadata, share credentials, or access another station.
Content and licenses
You retain rights in logos, text, comments, documents, and other content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to hosting, technically adapting, displaying, and distributing it to operate and promote Radioplix.
You represent that you have all required rights and licenses for your stream, music, trademarks, images, and metadata. Each station is responsible for permissions, royalties, copyright, and neighboring rights applicable to its broadcasts.
Acceptable use
You may not infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass territorial restrictions, generate abusive automated traffic, scrape data at scale, impersonate others, harass people, publish unlawful content, or interfere with service security or availability.
Comments and ratings must be genuine. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect users, rights holders, and the platform.
Availability and third parties
Streams, artwork, music data, maps, OAuth, email, and other components may depend on stations and third-party providers. We do not guarantee continuous availability, metadata accuracy, audio quality, or station permanence.
Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. Radioplix may reasonably change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, or legal reasons.
Liability
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Radioplix is not liable for indirect loss, interruptions, station content, decisions based on metadata, or third-party conduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Anyone acting without authorization or violating these Terms is responsible for resulting claims.
Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using the service. We may suspend accounts or stations for violations, risk, legal orders, or substantiated disputes. Rights, liability, and dispute provisions survive termination.
We may update these Terms and will publish the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Contact legal@radioplix.com for legal matters. These Terms are governed by applicable Colombian law, without overriding mandatory rules in other jurisdictions.
