Service operator
Radioplix is owned, operated, and administered by Intermedia Host, a fully virtual division of Intermedia Colombia Soluciones. The operation has no physical customer-service offices and receives communications electronically.

Controller and scope
Radioplix processes personal data about visitors, listeners, station administrators, and platform administrators. This Policy covers the website, dashboards, APIs, forms, email, and support processes.
For access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or other privacy requests, email privacy@radioplix.com. Your request must allow us to verify your identity and locate the relevant data.
Data we collect
We may process name, surname, email, country, phone, encrypted password, Google identifier, language, verification status, and profile data. For stations, we process contact details, URLs, logos, stream, location, restrictions, technical codes, and claim evidence.
We also record favorites, listening history, comments, replies, ratings, music metadata, timestamps, IP address, approximate country, session identifiers, security events, and browser or device data. Claim documents are stored privately.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create and authenticate accounts; provide the player, directory, and dashboards; manage stations, claims, and moderation; personalize language and preferences; record favorites and history; display comments, statistics, and songs; send transactional messages; prevent fraud; resolve disputes; comply with law; and improve the service.
Depending on context, processing relies on performance of the requested service, consent, legal obligations, and legitimate interests such as security, operation, and legal defense. We do not sell personal data.
Providers and disclosures
We may share strictly necessary data with hosting, database, SMTP email, Google OAuth, maps, approximate geolocation, music-data, and other service providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Public station profiles, comments, display names, and public metadata may be visible worldwide. Do not place confidential information in public fields. Some providers may process data outside Colombia.
Retention and security
We retain data while an account or station is active and as needed for stated purposes, legal duties, fraud prevention, and legal claims. Recovery and verification tokens expire; logs and backups may remain temporarily.
We use reasonable controls including sessions, validation, prepared queries, restricted document access, and API-key rotation. No system is completely secure; report incidents to privacy@radioplix.com.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, updating, or deletion; evidence of consent where applicable; information about use; withdrawal of consent where legally available; and lodge a complaint with the relevant authority. Colombian residents may exercise the rights established by Law 1581 of 2012.
We may retain information required by law, security needs, or ongoing claims. For Google-connected accounts, you may also revoke access through Google, without limiting your right to request deletion of data stored by Radioplix.
Children and changes
Radioplix is not directed to children who cannot validly consent under applicable law. Contact us if a child’s data was provided without authorization.
We will publish revisions with a new effective date and communicate material changes by reasonable means.
