Service operator
Radioplix is owned, operated, and administered by Intermedia Host, a fully virtual division of Intermedia Colombia Soluciones. The operation has no physical customer-service offices and receives communications electronically.
Legal inquiries may be sent to legal@radioplix.com.
Commitment
Radioplix respects copyright and neighboring rights. Stations are responsible for authorization covering their streams, music, logos, images, and metadata. We will review sufficiently substantiated notices and may remove content, disable links, or suspend accounts.
This process also accepts claims under Colombian and other applicable law. Referring to the DMCA does not itself represent that Radioplix has satisfied every U.S. safe-harbor requirement.
Infringement notice
Send notices to copyright@radioplix.com and include: a physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL and description of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the owner.
For radio streams, identify the station, relevant times, territory, affected rights, and evidence of ownership or representation. Incomplete notices may delay review. We may forward the notice to the person who posted or manages the material.
Response and repeat infringement
We may temporarily disable material while investigating, request further information, and preserve evidence. Accounts of repeat infringers may be terminated where appropriate.
Do not use this process for unrelated commercial disputes or submit false statements. Abuse may result in liability.
Counter-notice
If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, email copyright@radioplix.com with your signature; identification and former location of the material; a statement under penalty of perjury explaining the mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone; consent to jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g), where applicable; and acceptance of service from the claimant.
Where the DMCA applies, material may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the claimant reports court action. We may keep it disabled where another law, risk, or policy requires.
Contact
Notices: copyright@radioplix.com. Use “Copyright Notice” or “DMCA” in the subject. To obtain the intended effects of a U.S. DMCA designation, a provider must publish complete agent information and register it with the U.S. Copyright Office; Radioplix must complete that registration and postal details if it intends to formally rely on that regime.
